The Calvary Chapel of San Lorenzo
The Calvary Chapel of San Lorenzo was born on the ground from the holograph of the late Mrs. Fiorini Angela Grassi's widow, who in 1968 left the parish pro-tempore of the parish of Santa Maria La Stella, an acre of property located in the Contrada Santa Maria La Stella, for the construction of a church in honor of San Lorenzo, and individuals express the same text as follows: "quest'ettaro of land should fall off the end of the property of Santa Maria La Stella and precisely along the new road that divides the property at the intersection with Via Volta Nespola which lies to the north.
Following the town of Aci S. Antonio sports equipment destined for that area instead. It was then sold and the proceeds were deposited in the administrative office of the diocese to serve for the purposes intended in the will of Mrs. Fiorini.
